The Long and Winding Road

I’m not sure where to begin. I could write some generic garbage about helping businesses leverage the power of video marketing, while serving a diverse array of clients thru my passion for storytelling, but… generic garbage. I hate that, so here’s the real cliff notes to the story.
I guess everything started in Jr. High School when I picked up a bass guitar, and my life went from riding horses every day, to practicing bass. Years later my last 2 bands had publishing deals with Warner Brothers/Warner Chappell Music where I spent many hours in the studio recording, and building a love for great audio. Then… the grunge scene hit, and life changed.
Fast forward several years, and I’m back with horses, and working for Performance Horse Magazine (now with much shorter hair) and video is rearing its head on the internet, and my advertising customers -mainly stallion & ranch owners- needed video. I had a recording/production background, so I got a loan for a camera, and booked my first project before I even owned a computer to edit it on. It was sink or swim.
It wasn’t long before I realized I had to relocate to Texas, so at the end of 2003 -as a single dad- I packed us up, and made the cross country drive. I was networked into the western performance horse industry, so most of my first projects were marketing videos for stallions, ranches, and equine associations… I can’t even begin to think of how many trainers I’ve interviewed, and stallions I’ve filmed running in a pasture.
Projects soon branched out, I picked up clients outside of the horse industry, and started considering each of them an adventure. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to film all over the world, and across the U.S. for many corporations and businesses. From 7-Eleven, American Airlines, and political campaigns, to some of the countries top ranches and the companies that support the equine & agriculture industry, it’s been a long and winding road. Over all those miles, I’ve gained a tremendous amount of knowledge we can use to elevate your next project. Let’s talk, and go on an adventure together.
I hope you liked a more personal take on the “About Us” section, but what did ChatGPT want me to write? Oh yeah…. we help businesses leverage the power of video marketing. Our portfolio showcases successful collaborations across various sectors, demonstrating our versatility and commitment to delivering exceptional video content. In other words… generic garbage.
