Legally Blind - The Christy Bridges Story
This is a great story about the desire to overcome a physical disability. When asked if I was interested in directing, filming, and editing this project, I was all over it. Christy is a legally blind breakaway roper, with the dream of qualifying for one of the countries biggest rodeos at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. I learned so much during this project about eye sight,
and sheer determination. The video ended up winning a Silver Addy Award.
The Saint Autograph Collection Hotel
Obviously I LOVED flying to Key West to produce some videos for The Saint. One of the ideas I had was to make a video showing some of the places within walking distance from the hotel. We grabbed a few employees, and had a great day!
Elite Saddles
Had fun filming and editing this for Elite Saddles. We had very little time to shoot, and needed to turn it around fast but I think it turned out nice. It was raining so hard, and was so loud due to the barn roof being metal, we had to nearly yell to each other a few times. Thankfully we didn't have capture any audio!
7-Eleven_The Coffee Queen - Allyn Media
7-Eleven wanted to celebrate the #1 coffee selling franchise in the country, so I headed to Long Island, NY with their agency and producer Allyn Media to shoot the event. We lucked out and had absolutely beautiful weather, and were able to get to the beach for a few sunset shots. Once back home I also edited the piece. Congratulations Lori for being the 7-Eleven Coffee Queen two years in a row, and big thanks to Allyn Media for having me shoot and edit the video!
Dallas PD and Stars - Mayes Media Group
One of the most enjoyable shoots yet. The Dallas Police Department's hockey team, and the Dallas Stars Alumni had a benefit game, and this is the promo video for the event. Former Stars goalie Marty Turco goes head to head with two of the DPD's team members, and lets just say... Marty wasn't pushed to his full potential as a goalie;) Marty and the two DPD officers were absolutely amazing to work with, and thank you Mayes Media Group for bringing me in on the project!
Kerry Kelly Bits
Kerry Kelly & Danyelle Campbell collaborated on a new line of barrel racing bits, and here's what we put together for the initial announcement. We also put together a short video on each individual bit where Danyelle gave me the material for the best blooper reel I've ever put together... priceless!
Chilifest
This was one wild weekend! The Chilifest Music Festival attracted about 45,000 people, and we're
planning on growing it next year with an aggressive video marketing campaign. Big thanks to everyone at Chilifest for bringing us in to shoot the event, and edit it all together!
Silver Spurs Stallions
Had a great time in Scottsdale, AZ filming at Silver Spurs Equine. We wanted to showcase some of their great stallions, so I decided to shoot a montage of them walking out of one of the barns. The location, and the stallions made it work!
